We are sorry you believe you may have an issue with your hair extensions, please read the following before filling out the Goods Return form.
All correspondence will only be with the Account holder via Email, after we have received the return with the completed goods return form.
The warranty you get when purchasing our hair is 30 days and it starts from purchase date. (See our TโS & CโS)
If a goods return form is completed after the warranty expires it will not be looked at and will be returned back to you. This is because if there were to be any faults with the hair extensionโs quality it would have shown within the 30 day warranty period. All returned products will only be looked at with the return form fully completed.
Returned items need to be brushed through, any individual bonds need to be put back into twenty strand bundles. Wefts must be folded and have an elastic band to stop them opening. All items then need to be returned in their original packaging.
We will not accept any Hair that has been toned, coloured, silver/purple shampooed or tinted in any way, this voids any warranty given when purchased. (See our TโS & CโS)
If it is found that the Goods have deteriorated due to poor hair management, for example poor application, heat damage, incorrect aftercare, has been damaged or coloured in any way, the Goods will be returned back to you.
Once a complaint has been made and Angel Remy have agreed for the item to be returned for inspection, they must be returned within 7 days with all the necessary paperwork. We will aim to get back to you within 14 days.
If a fault is found Angel Remy will only exchange the item returned, no further cost will be reimbursed or consequential losses.
