Orders placed before 4pm Monday – Friday will be despatched from us the same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is our standard service for the UK to arrive Next Working Day pre 9am or 1.00pm, subject to Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.
Please note we despatch orders Monday – Friday 10am- 4pm. Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next available business day. There will be no shipping on UK Bank Holidays.
All deliveries must be signed for.

Special Delivery – £7.95 is a guaranteed next working day delivery service. Orders MUST be placed before 4pm for Next Day Delivery, any orders taken after 4pm will be processed the next working day. This is a 99.9% guaranteed service from Royal Mail. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to Royal Mail, however if you feel a Special Delivery has been delivered late please contact us. The UK Special Delivery requires a signature on Delivery.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us due to an address error we are not obliged to re-send at our expense, however a redelivery at our standard rate will be offered or a refund without the postal expense on receipt of the returned parcel.

Angel Remy LTD shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver or perform due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, or for Acts of God, actors of Buyer, acts of any government authority, strikes or other labour disturbances, delays in transportation, fuel or energy shortages, or inability to obtain necessary components, services or facilities from usual sources.
In the unlikely event a parcel is delayed with Royal Mail we will work with you to trace and locate the parcel as promptly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:- We are unable to report an item as missing until 15 working days after original shipment date, due to Royal Mail shipping terms and conditions.
We are therefore unable to deem an item lost until this time and will not refund or replace until 15 working days from original shipment date has passed.

All International Deliveries are sent via DHL, a signed for and tracked service. To obtain a quote for all international delivery services please call our Sales Team to assist you on 0121 502 6943. Please check before calling us that you check your Import Duties.


We completely understand that choosing the correct colour from a computer screen cannot always be easy. Therefore, we recommend you buy a colour ring before placing your order so you can see the true colour of our extensions. However, we will happily exchange your item if it’s not the correct colour, so long as it is returned in the same condition you received it and is returned in the original packaging.
To colour match please send us a photo of your own hair and we will help to match it for you – or alternatively please purchase one of our colour rings to achieve an exact match. If you are not satisfied with your product or you feel it is not as described, you can return your item (at your cost) within 7 days unopened and as new.
Before returning or exchanging Angel Remy Hair Extensions, please make sure the hair is new and with all the ties still in place and the cardboard part of the packaging has not been removed or damaged. Please do not remove the ties and attempt to replace them as this will void the warranty and will not be refunded. In the case of us sending you the wrong item, or them being faulty on delivery, please return the product to us for exchange and we will credit your carriage and redeliver the correct order at our own cost.
When returning your hair extensions because you have chosen the wrong colour or length, you must notify us in writing within seven days of them arriving with you. They must be as new as per our returns policy above. Please then send them within 7 days of delivery (at your cost) with a reputable courier service or special delivery so you can track the item back to us. The courier or postal authorities will provide you with insurance and a tracking number should any delivery dispute arise. We will not be held liable if the returned products do not arrive and will only replace items that have arrived safely.

If Hair Extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to angelremyhairsuppliers@gmail.com within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase date. This is due to human hair being a consumable item during wear.
All returns must be returned with a completed goods return form. Any goods received without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed until the correct paperwork is received. Failure to provide the correct paperwork with 90 days will result in goods being destroyed.

Any item returned will be covered at your own cost, we will cover the cost of postage for the replacement items if the error lies with us.
Replacements given for faulty hair extensions will be sent like for like and will only be given to the equivalent or value of the hair received by us. When registering and purchasing goods from Angel Remy LTD, you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions of Sale.


All other non-hair extension products can only be returned for replacement if proven to be faulty within 30 days of purchase.
